Broken water line complicates work at Center Street cave-in site on Monday

Please click on image to ENLARGE photos from Center Street site of cave-in and water-pipe break a short distance to the west that occurred during the process of digging out the failed tunnel under the street. The weekend heavy rain likely eroded enough of the banks of the dug-out area to cause pipe to sag and break off to the side.
