Apartment-builders' plan for the sale-barn property is presented during that meeting and several people who live in the neighborhood comment on the idea and even suggest alternatives.

Watching the preliminary meeting about this development, these guys are going to get eaten alive.
IF the city does this, they need to consider making it something like the Cotton District in Starkville, Ms. Its student oriented housing, masquerading as an actual city scape.
