I hope he is well-qualified. Marvin Hilton knows the business of public access/government access extremely well and the Coody administration fired him because the CAT channel manager didn't want to provide to him the information required to make accurate reports on PEG operations to the Telecommunications Board.
That woman won't cooperate with this guy either. Count on it.
