That meeting has lasted on city 16 for two hours.

They did discuss the environmental problems and even acknowledged the "drainage problem" down stream at Morgan Manor.
You are right. It is obvious that nothing should be built in that floodplain. The flooding at the EOA site on Wood Avenue and at the Morgan Manor complex would be aggravated by any reduction of the water-slowing ability of the 7.whatever acres. You have provided at least two figures on that subject today.
Mark Kinion mentioned that the city-owned former Mexican Original property might be something that could be used at less expense.
