Council of Neighborhoods shortens agenda so some members can attend Green Infrastructure meeting

Sarah Lewis, a candidate for a Ward 4 seat on the city council to replace Lioneld Jordan, who is running for mayor, resigned as chairman of the Council of Neighborhoods to focus on her candidacy.

Mark Kinion (right) has announced his candidacy to replace Nancy Allen, who is not running for reelection as Ward 2 alderman, on the council.
