Land and house that would be great for community, retreat center, sustainable agriculture, or all three is for sale
64 acres of spectacular, productive, fertile land with a 3 br 2 ½ bathroom, 2,188 square-foot house and outbuildings near Winslow, 1/2 hour from downtown Fayetteville, AR. 20 plus acres mostly flat pasture land and 40 acres forest makes this an amazing piece of land that would be perfect as a homestead; farm; training center; retreat center; co-housing or community.
For only $139,000 (estimated monthly payment $631.38) it includes the best well on the mountain with a pump; storm cellar; two ponds; fence around the whole property and around 10 acres of pasture land; natural air conditioning; gorgeous view; and easy access with logging roads throughout property. It is on the grid with electricity and rural water, but could easily be off grid with wind and solar power.
