Whitaker for Congress campaign headquarters to open formally on Wednesday, March 10, 2010

David Whitaker is creating a lot of excitement all over Arkansas' third congressional district by entering the race to fill the seat being vacated by John Boozeman. Whitaker's campaign actually began six months ago or more. He resigned his position as Fayetteville's Assistant City Attorney in the fall and began preparing for what then was expected to be a campaign against Boozman for the seat in Congress.
Boozman has announced his candidacy for U.S. Senate.
Jan Judy was the most recent Democratic nominee for the seat and the most recent other non-Republican was Green Party candidate Abel Tomlinson.
