If there was ever an example of pictures being worth a zillion words, this is it! Tks for posting, A---sure hope the highway boys pay some price for this crime, and fix it! And hopefully not with "silt fencing."

Tom Schuessler did a 5-minute report on this subject live on CAT 18 on Monday night. That show will run again several times the week of March 15-19.
It uses many still photos to illustrate the same problem in detail.
