Worst-management practices result in hideous scenes such as this in our watershed

Please click on image of some of the worst stormwater management in Fayetteville's vast areas of urban sprawl. This image was passed around during the February 28, 2011, meeting of Ward 4, showing the stormwater ditch dug through a former wet prairie before a subdivision was built. This could not happen to a stream under the proposed ordinance.
