City crew puts load of rock into riparian zone of Town Branch of the West Fork of White River in effort to prevent further erosion beneath edge of 11th Street

The erosion is caused by accelerated water flow caused by paving and concentrating the water. It's a losing battle and they can't stop until they pave the drainage channel all the way to the lake. OR, slow it down from where it falls.
Curtis, thanks for the comment. You are totally correct. Let's hope paving alll the way to Beaver Lake is no longer an option in the Jordan era. Keep the water where it falls!
