How many more flashfloods will it take to undercut 11th Street "low-water" bridge across Town Branch of the West Fork of the White River between South Duncan Avenue and South Hill Avenue in south Fayetteville, Arkansas?

Please click on image to ENLARGE view of south (downstream side) of 11th Street just a few yards west of bridge. This work was done by contractors for the developers of the Aspen Ridge failed development that preceded the Hill Place project. Or was it done by the Hill Place subcontractors? I may be able to go back in photo files and find when it was done. Regardless, it was poorly engineered and executed and CREATED massive erosion problems. Come down and see the newly uprooted vegetation along the stream?
