Red-dirt flow down 12th Street on Wednesday left coating that remains on Friday

Doesn't city have someone in charge inspecting such work daily? It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to predict that normal rainstorm would have that effect on uncovered red dirt.
Nope. Like all agencies at the moment — or ever — things that are easily overlooked are. ANY city is lucky if they can get an inspector on site once every COUPLE OF WEEKS! Now we have expenses in such a state that we are lucky for even the most basic services to be delivered. And the developers go on and on...ruling the day.
