Rain slows, flash flood about done at bridge across 11th street between S. Hill Avenue and S. Duncan Ave. on August 5, 2009

You need to buy a waterproof camera like divers use and get out in the rain more. I got to that bridge before did, obviously, because the flow across there as a lot higher and we followed the lead of a couple of others and back up and turned around and went the other way to get downtown.
The water was flowing almost level across there and the edges of the street weren't even rippling the surface for quite a distance.
