Tickets for peace-hero banquet available through Sunday

And here's the buffet menu Greenhouse Grill is planning for us:

Appetizers: Mediterranean Platter with Organic Hummus and Tabouleh Salad, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese with Grilled Pita Bread

Salad: Mixed Organic Greens with Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes, Organic Carrot Ribbons and Garlic Herb Croutons. Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Tarragon Ranchero

Entree: Tuscan Style Organic Quinoa Saute with Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers, Organic Garbanzo Beans and Kalamata Olives, topped with Feta Cheese in a Spicey Tomato Cream Sauce

Dessert: Luscious Homemade Organic Cookies

Wine and beer cash bar will be available, and Arsega's is suppling coffee, and Trailside Tea Shoppe is providing hot and iced tea (high quality black and herbal).

New this year is a Silent Art Auction, with donations from several talented OMNI members and friends. There are some lovely offerings you'll enjoy seeing, and bidding on generously, we hope.

Thank you to all OMNI folks who've already registered. It's going to be beautiful and usual. Sure hope every OMNI person comes. Please reply to get your ticket. Sunday is the final day to buy them. It will be worth your $25.
