Please click on image to enlarge view of the overflow area after the trees were removed and the wetland graded and partially covered with fill dirt to level it. Note that the silt fences along the right edge (in place to protect the Town Branch) were at ground level. Now the ground is much higher, preventing overflow and speeding the rush of flash floods downstream.
