Still haven't heard an explanation for this crossing of the Town Branch by Hill Place contractors

This is for the sewer line that we relocated out of the 11th St. bridge at the request of Don Hoodenpyle. This is the crossing location approved by the city. We're operating under Nationwide Permit No. 12 from the Corps of Engineers.

Whatever number, it was an ugly mess! Small trenches dug by huge machines are not necessary. The original sewer ditches were dug with big guys like you.
So they didn't destroy a 30-foot or wider swath of the riparian zone for a small pipe.
