All stormwater runoff from the Fayetteville National Cemetery flows to the Town Branch of the West Fork of the White River: Old sale-barn property drains to both the Town Branch and to the Tanglewood Branch: Any new construction on the sale-barn property will require setting aside a large part of the low-lying property in both watersheds to prevent much worse flooding both southeast and southwest of the site
