Entergy rate settlement proposed

Entergy Arkansas Inc. and parties to the utility’s rate increase request have agreed to a settlement that would lower the monthly bill of a residential customer who paid $100 last July to about $82 this summer, state Attorney General Dustin McDaniel said Monday.
