Ever wonder why a neighborhood would remain bitter months after a construction project has ended?

I live across a street from Ruskin Heights. We were bitter before work started because we KNEW it would be what it is: A disaster!

I heard you grumble about the students ignoring that 10 m.p.h. sign. Is it still there or did a dump truck knock it down?
