I'm very disappointed. This is just more standard engineering. With the leadership shown by the UACDC, with viable examples constructed by Seven Hills and Habitat for Humanity, with an expert in bio-management methods on our Council, you would hope that we could start implementing storm water managing design at a small scale at this perfect site for an example.
