Pinnacle Prairie during rain at about 10 p.m. Tuesday May 5, 2009

Please click on image similar to video in previous post below, which was made before the rain on May 5, 2009. The rain is filled the right of way where a road originally was planned and fill dirt was added near 12th but no a trail is supposed to be constructed there. The runoff flows down the 12th Street as the rain continues. With it comes silt from the construction site to the west. That right of way was first dug out in early 2006 and this problem has occurred many times.
