Sewer construction may be worse for riparian zones than trail building in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Please click on images to ENLARGE photos of new sewer line in the overflow/riparian zone of the West Arm of the Town Branch of the West Fork of the White River at its confluence with Cato Springs Branch.

This has been going on for a while. What took you so long?
It is all to provide service to the new development off 15th Street. That is the same land that got its owner in trouble with the city several times because he was dropping fill dirt there for years.
It is a filled area in the floodplain. Explain how these thugs get away with stuff. Photos don't tell the whole story for you this time.
