State highway-department workers should leave this equipment parked today as it was at 2 p.m. Wednesday on Arkansas 265 south of Fayetteville and attend the Arkansas Insect Fest at the UA Equine Center and learn why NOT to mow before a killing frost occurs in Northwest Arkansas: Their pay for the day would be better spent if they were learning rather than destroying the valuable habitat along our state highways at a critical time
