Tom Hennelly, who advocated this project on Township, is the same engineer who was responsible for violation of the tree ordinance at Stonebridge Square. What makes anyone think the city staff will keep a better eye on his actions here?

They won't be able to because there aren't enough staff members to patrol the sites already violating numerous regulations around town.
