I was glad to see this pass by 7-6, but what's the deal with Ann Harbison? She voted against building codes, and now against zoning.
I don't know. I haven't talked to her in a long time. It may be the same as that of some who are simply voting as many of their constituents want them to.
A good leader has to educate his constituents if he wants to do what he believes is right. Otherwise, he may have to vote against his conscience either way he goes.
