Greatful for the hard shower that just hit south Fayetteville, but radar isn't encouraging about any sustained rain in the area

Some almost dormant plants will open a bud tomorrow, thanks to this small amount of rain. If we could get at least an inch of rain over the next day or two, the ground might soften up enough for me to properly seat my David Whitaker for Congress sign out front.
