Don't sell anything. Just spend all the money acquiring property and sell it later. Meanwhile, start planning to renovate the current high school

And buy the Hill Place site for expansion of the current high school!

Not a bad idea. But, if they don't buy cheap, they won't be able to profit for years!

Sounds like Aub is being sarcastic. Real-estate investments are long-term profit makers. Hoskins wouldn't have sold when he did if he didn't know that a Democratic administration would eventually come in and make developing much of that land illegal. He keeps buying wetland and trying to pass it off to someone else when he hits a wall.
