Aubrey James Shepherd narrates slide show after walk along a bulldozed strip in south Fayetteville and in his second take narrates slide show about a few native plants, including three species of milkweed now in bloom. Milkweed species are the only group of plants whose foliage is edible by and thus essential for monarch butterfly caterpillars to survive and become a new generation of monarchs.
