So that's the view from your front yard?

No wonder you keep harping on it!

The city knows who owns this property. Are they afraid to make them correct the problems?

The NEW owners or the potential owners in cooperation with the new owners are going to the city's technical plat-review committee next week to share the latest version of their plans for student apartments. Numerous issues are unsettled and one would imagine they would need multiple visits to that committee before approval to move on to the subidivision commitee.

They have not yet shared the revised plans with the neighborhood as promised at the Jan. 12 meeting. They left the IMPRESSION (the meeting will run on Cable Access TV at Cox Channel 18 again:
2/8/08 8:45 p.m. FRIDAY Ward 1/Town Branch Neighborhood Meeting if you missed it.

One of the owners of adjacent property is to appear on Cox Cable 18 — the CAT channel —
2/8/08 9:30 a.m. SATURDAY Robert Williams on Town Branch Neighborhood for a different perspective.

Nothing can be touched until it is all approved. So we will probably run a few more shots from the same spot before work begins.
