Baum Stadium detention pond's runoff flows to the west arm of The Town Branch of the West Fork of the White River: The west arm of Town Branch begins on the west side of I-540 at Walmart and the hills around Walmart and the Interstate and flows past Greathouse Park and joins Cato Springs Branch and then the main Town Branch near the Salvation Army Store
