We have to eat, and the lifestyle change required to convert to healthful cooking involves two major steps: re-education of the public in our tastes and expectations, and a complete reconfiguration of the food supply industry.<BR/><BR/>On the other hand, consumption of alcohol is not a life requirement; it is a lifestyle choice. Drinking is a widespread enough habit that a very small tax levied on each serving could generate a large amount of revenue.
