The trees all resound with the sound of frog songs ...
Please click on images to enlarge view of a few of the tree frogs singing while waiting in line after dark on May 11, 2010. They were expecting rain and wanting to make sure fertile eggs were ready to go into the fresh water hole they visited late in the afternoon.

ReplyDeleteShow up after sunset on a night when rain is expected soon and you will have a good chance. I didn't take advantage of the pre-dark photo opps and just used closeup mode and flash for these bad pics.
